Exporting Grok Conversations

TotalRecalls reads your local Grok (grok.com) session and exports every conversation to local Markdown and JSON.

Steps

1. Open grok.com and sign in.
2. Launch TotalRecalls. Select "Grok" as the provider.
3. Click Scan Chats. TotalRecalls reads local browser session data.
4. Choose which chats to export.
5. Select format: Markdown + JSON and pick a destination folder.
6. Click Export.

Notes

• Grok does not have an official data export. We use local session reading.
• X posts referenced in chats are preserved as quoted links in the Markdown export.
